* Wes is married to Jeannine for 18 years & they have three boys; Charlie 14, Tommy 11, & Jimmy 7

* The Morris' are members of Glen Alpine United Methodist Church

* Member of the Rotary Club of Kingsport

* Your Retirement Advocate & Life Insurance Professional  assists people in the following basic three phases of lifetime planning:

The Accumulation Phase - "Will I have enough?" Because this phase usually ends in retirement it is of predictable duration and therefore can be planned for with specific goals and investment objectives.

The Distribution Phase - "Will the money last?" This phase is the least predictable as to duration, but we know it is lengthening rapidly. Eldercare considerations have a very important role in this phase.

The Transfer Phase -"How much of our wealth will reach those we love?" This phase must be planned because its timing cannot be predicted. Insuring against estate illiquidty and proper estate transfer techniques are a prime consideration.
